Responsibilities

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments for transportation operations.
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with delivery questions and shipment updates.
• Communicate with customers and consignees regarding scheduling changes or potential delivery delays.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipment information within the transportation management system.
• Monitor freight movement and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Meet productivity goals while helping maximize efficiency and minimize transportation costs.
• Utilize company software and technology platforms to support daily operations.
• Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of office, customer service, administrative, or logistics experience.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
