This is more than a teaching role. You’ll lead educational programming, mentor staff, and shape meaningful outcomes. What You’ll Do Lead and support a team of Instructional Assistants & Paraprofessionals Develop and oversee IEPs aligned with student goals Provide direct, individualized instruction Use data to guide teaching strategies and progress Collaborate with families, schools, and service providers Support student growth, transitions, and long‑term success This is a hands‑on leadership role with real impact. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred Valid Ohio Department of Education Intervention Specialist License Strong communication, leadership, and organization. Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation.
