HRIS Senior Analyst

Supporting HCM and reporting modules within Workday, the full-time remote HRIS Senior Analyst will manage system configuration, perform root cause analysis for system issues, and build advanced reports and dashboards while supporting annual HR programs. Key responsibilities Create and maintain organizational data structures within Workday Lead requirements gathering and harmonization of business processes in collaboration with HR teams Design, configure, and test various HR modules including Benefits and Compensation Required qualifications 6+ years of HRIS, HR, Payroll, and/or Finance experience 3+ years of Workday configuration experience Proficiency in at least two Workday modules such as Benefits, Advanced Compensation, or Payroll Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Workday Pro certification is a plus
