By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a McKesson Application Support Analyst - Provider to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Provide technical and Operational Process guidance to a subject matter expertManage operational and service Level agreement compliance with subject matter expertsProvide technical application support to end users located in multiple hospitals across the United StatesDiagnose and troubleshoot McKesson STAR, Paragon and PHS issuesProvide technical guidance in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reportedapplication problems by telephoneOperates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user departmentWork directly with other McKesson STAR, Paragon and PHS subject matter experts to resolve end user’s issuesProvides business systems and applications analysis in support of the development. Includes evaluation, analysis,documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specificationsClassifies problems as system, training, or process and recommends correctionsFormulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thoroughunderstanding of business systems, applications and industry requirementsParticipate in project planning and scheduling for implementation of McKesson STAR, Paragon and PHSAble to perform configuration duties in regards to McKesson STAR, Paragon and PHS application requirementsParticipate in testing and feedback phases of a McKesson STAR, Paragon and PHS roll outThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
