Human Resources Coordinator

About the role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in human resources and will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department with various administrative and operational tasks. What you'll do Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc) Communicate with public services when necessary Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in a human resources role with 1 or more HRM+ certifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (Rippling). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
