Community-Based Case Manager CSP with Clinician Supervision

You will work with adults living with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders, providing person-centered case management and supportive psychotherapy within your scope of practice. This role offers hands-on supervision toward licensure, daily collaboration with an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, and rich community engagement through home visits and outreach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
