Conflicts Attorney

A leading Am Law firm is seeking an experienced Conflicts Attorney to join its growing Risk Management & Compliance team. Responsibilities Review, interpret, and analyze conflicts of interest reports for new clients, matters, and lateral hires Summarize potential conflict issues and recommend conflict resolution steps Draft and review waivers, engagement letters, and non‑standard provisions Evaluate outside counsel guidelines and advise on deviations Conduct corporate affiliate research (Hoover’s, D&B, Lexis/Westlaw) Implement and maintain ethical walls Train conflicts analysts and support risk management initiatives Maintain knowledge of ABA Model Rules and jurisdiction‑specific variations Qualifications JD required; active bar member in good standing 3+ years conflict clearance experience in a large law firm Strong foundation in the Rules of Professional Conduct Experience with Intapp Open, Walls, Terms, iManage, and conflicts databases Excellent writing skills, judgement, and attention to detail Salary range: $150K–$190K , depending on experience and location Annual performance bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, disability & wellness programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
