Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and serve as the primary client point of contact.
• Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
• Meet with existing and prospective client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and present clientcapabilities.
• Partner with recruiting delivery technical HR and accounting teams to ensure successful client delivery.
• Ensure staffing needs are supported with timely high-quality candidate submissions.
• Work with recruiting teams to prioritize open positions review submissions and provide client feedback.
• Coordinate client interviews and support candidates through the interview process.
• Monitor SLAs account performance forecasts renewals and customer satisfaction.
• Support onboarding purchase orders renewals employee retention and issue escalations.
• Provide regular updates on account performance opportunities and initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in IT sales/account management preferably staffing or consulting.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with client managers executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of IT technologies staffing/recruiting sales processes and account growth.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities expand accounts and generate revenue.
• Strong communication presentation negotiation follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and escalation-management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
