About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Consultant Partnerships to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key benefits consultants. This role is pivotal in managing partner relationships, executing strategies, and ensuring the alignment of partnership activities with the company's business goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of success in working with brokers and consultants.
