Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Merchandise Manager to lead strategic merchandise planning and execution across in-store and online channels. This role is responsible for driving growth through innovative assortment strategies, financial management, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with creative vision and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $93,409.00 - $133,441.00 + annual bonus
• Employment Type: Year Round

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute merchandise strategy aligned with business objectives and guest insights.
• Product & Assortment Management: Oversee category assortments, develop co-brands, collaborations, private label, and special projects while ensuring sustainability and brand alignment.
• Financial & Inventory Management: Manage budgets, pre-season spend plans, and Open-to-Buy process; optimize sales, margin, and inventory turns.
• Performance & Analytics: Analyze sales trends and consumer data; deliver actionable insights and performance reports to leadership.
• Digital & Omnichannel Integration: Align merchandising strategies across physical stores and e-commerce; enhance online product presentation and SEO.
• Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure product compliance, quality assurance, and vendor adherence to standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Store Ops, Merch Ops, DC, Marketing, and vendor community to deliver seamless execution.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and develop team members; foster leadership growth and a high-performance culture.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field.
• 7+ years of merchandising experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Expertise in assortment planning, trend analysis, and omnichannel strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $93,409.00 - $133,441.00 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
