• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for rigorous testing as required.
• Keenly document all laboratory processes, train new personnel, and maintain high-quality standards within the lab.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment while following all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of your employment.
