2nd Shift - Maintenance Technician Details:
- Contract to Hire position
- $ 34.50 / annually
- Second Shift
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment including kettles, fillers, conveyors, and packaging lines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly and complete corrective repairs to support continuous production.
- Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new machinery and equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and communicate issues or improvement opportunities to leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
- Follow all safety, GMP, and food manufacturing standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
2nd Shift - Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Requirements 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience working with production equipment such as conveyors, pumps, and packaging machinery.
- Basic PLC knowledge (Allen-Bradley preferred) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently on 2nd shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and overall equipment reliability.
