Licensed Real Estate Agent – Portsmouth, NH
HFM Realty is seeking licensed Real Estate Agents to serve Portsmouth, NH and surrounding New Hampshire communities .

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain buyer and seller leads.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- List and market residential properties using MLS applications.
- Prepare offers and negotiate contracts.
- Manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Establish a recognizable presence in your local market.
- Provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers.
- Follow HFM Realty policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active NH Real Estate License required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Business-minded attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Desire to build a strong personal brand and local reputation.
- Realtor and MLS memberships preferred.
Compensation:
- Commission-based.
- Commission splits up to 90%.
- No desk fees.
