What you'll do:
The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day branch operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Core responsibilities include:

• Process & Efficiency – Analyze workflows and implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
• Team Leadership – Manage, train, and develop staff; foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Labor & Financial Planning – Manage labor forecasting and budgets to meet financial targets
• Procurement & Inventory – Source from preferred vendors, manage inventory and equipment tracking
• Safety & Compliance – Ensure operations meet industry regulations and company safety standards
• Performance Reporting – Track KPIs and report operational progress to the Branch Manager
• Customer Experience – Uphold service quality and resolve issues that impact client satisfaction
• Project & Resource Management – Lead operational projects and manage staffing, equipment, and technology needs

What you'll bring:

• 2- or 4-year degree in landscape or business, or equivalent industry experience
• 7+ years in construction or landscaping
• 2–3 years of management experience in landscape/service industry
• Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer) preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and mobile/field management tools
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
