Key Responsibilities & Duties: Accurately enter and update owner information in databases Review ownership documentation for data input Assist with ownership changes processing Maintain documentation and digital filing systems Communicate with teams to verify data discrepancies Support the Owner Relations team with administrative tasks Required Qualifications & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and accuracy Organizational and time-management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience in oil and gas industry Familiarity with oil and gas ownership documents Associate degree or higher 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the Data Entry Specialist opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
