Benefits Competitive hourly rate and tax‑free stipend (if applicable) No pay cuts mid‑contract Referral bonus up to $1,000 License reimbursement for new state licenses Choice of local and non‑local assignments at partner facilities across the country Qualifications Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of employment Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in SLP Member of the American Speech‑Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience (preferably acute care, LTAC placements) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor; AHA certification preferred and required by some clients; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required Recent acute care experience (acute care and LTAC placements) Responsibilities As an SLP with Voice, you will: Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician directions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address barriers to discharge and facilitate timely equipment trialing, training, and planning for continued services. Conduct individual, concurrent, and group therapy sessions based on patient care needs. Document medical records accurately and promptly, including daily documentation, goal writing, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, discharge summaries, and charge entry. Follow all hospital guidelines regarding appearance, attendance, and punctuality. Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete required continuing education. Engage in patient safety practices, including safe patient handling, material handling, infection control, and slip/trip/fall prevention. Participate in student programs and contribute to professional development initiatives. Performance and Hours Guaranteed hours: 91 contract weeks over the assignment; expect 5 × 8 day shifts.
