As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you’ll be the driving force behind maintaining the pristine standards of our hotel property. Key Responsibilities Champion of Cleanliness: Conduct daily inspections of all areas under the Housekeeping/Engineering Department, including guest rooms, pools, front-of-house, back-of-house, and spa—ensuring every inch of our property meets our high standards. Thorough Inspections: Record essential information for QA Inspection Reports, identifying and documenting key areas for improvement. Restocking & Refreshing: Distribute fresh items in guest rooms to enhance the guest experience. Proactive Maintenance: Communicate with the Maintenance Department to ensure necessary repairs and maintenance are promptly addressed—follow-up is key! Quality Evaluation: Walk through rooms and evaluate soft/hard goods, ensuring everything is in pristine condition. Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance projects are executed seamlessly. Project Support: Assist with various property-wide projects—everything from chair reupholstery to professional deep cleaning and furniture replacement. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Rooms Coordinator to manage out-of-order (OOO) room projects and ensure efficient turnover. Personal Excellence: Always represent the hotel by wearing the proper uniform and maintaining your own personal cleanliness. Flexible Team Player: Step in for other duties as assigned to support the success of the team and property. What We’re Looking For Physical Readiness: Must be able to lift and carry equipment or boxes weighing up to 40 pounds and stay active, standing or walking for up to 4 hours. Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, ensuring every area meets top-notch standards. Communication Skills: Able to read, write, and understand basic English to complete checklists and forms. Team Spirit: Physically capable of stepping in where needed, and willing to pitch in to ensure success.
