Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing healthcare team. Primary Responsibilities Develop individualized treatment and care plans. Provide individual, family, and group counseling. Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments. Coordinate discharge planning and community resource referrals. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. Assist patients and families in navigating healthcare, financial, and community support resources. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation. Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and available services. Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, organizational, and ethical standards. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of Arkansas (or ability to obtain licensure before employment). Minimum of two years of clinical social work experience preferred. Experience in hospital, outpatient, behavioral health, or integrated healthcare settings is preferred. Strong assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and communication skills. Knowledge of community resources and behavioral health services. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications Experience with behavioral health, chronic disease management, or rural healthcare. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
