What You’ll Do Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified drivers to meet client needs. Be the go-to connection between clients and field staff, ensuring service excellence. Follow up on placements to keep relationships strong. Grow accounts by uncovering new opportunities. Resolve challenges for field staff with professionalism and speed. Handle all compliance paperwork with precision and timeliness. Keep communication flowing with clients, prospects, sales reps, and your team. Show up ready to make an impact, every day. What We’re Looking For Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred). Transportation recruiting or staffing experience? Huge plus!
