Job Summary

The Quality Control Coordinator plays an integral role in the success of the organization by ensuring customer satisfaction on projects of all sizes and complexities. This role interacts with all members of the Insidesource organization including sales, design, SC, PM and the service center. The QCC strengthens Insidesource relationships with all our vendors and manufacturers. This position has a direct correlation on current and future contract sales affected by timely and accurate responsiveness to both internal and external customers. QCC is committed to providing ongoing support aside from initial punch including all future warranty claims submitted by customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Including but not Limited to:

• Serve as one of the primary points of contact for resolving client concerns related to punch list items, warranty requests, freight claims, and order discrepancies, ensuring timely communication and successful issue resolution.
• Review punch submissions for completeness, coordinate with project teams to obtain missing information, and support timely resolution to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provide prompt, professional responses to client inquiries and proactively follow up on deliveries and installations to ensure positive customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist with day-to-day questions from the Sales Coordinator and Service Center teams, regarding status of punch/warranty/freight claim orders.
• Assist in the timely placement of both product and service orders upon product or parts receipt.
• Review & Enter vendor product acknowledgments with accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Leadership Team member.
• Participate in customer experience improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, implementing process enhancements, and making positive impact across the organization.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Process and analytically minded, with the ability to establish and follow efficient processes and procedures that improve work quality and efficiency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer service skills with a demonstrated commitment to integrity and sound priority-setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks with minimal oversight.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Contract furniture experience and strong product knowledge preferred.

The anticipated compensation for this role is $21 - $26 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
