What You'll Do
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal care.
- Building meaningful relationships with residents while providing compassionate, person-centered care.
- Encouraging residents to remain active, engaged, and socially connected.
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive well-being.
- Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where residents feel at home.
- Supporting each resident with dignity, respect, and compassion.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- No certification or license required
- At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver, Resident Assistant, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP, or in a similar direct care role
- Memory Care experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
