Our schedule, featuring a veterinarian on site from 10:00 AM to closing, offers great flexibility for a balanced lifestyle. Your Impact as a Hospital Manager

What We Are Looking For

We're seeking an entrepreneurial and proactive leader with a passion for both animal care and client service to take on the role of Hospital Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead an established hospital, driving operational excellence, strengthening team culture, and continuing to build a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Veterinary experience (highly preferred)
• CVPM Certification (preferred)
• A passion for growing and developing leaders
• A tenacious, resilient leadership style with the grit to lead through change and go above and beyond for their team
• Strong management experience with a proven track record of growth within a practice

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
