Recovery Peer Support Specialist

Amergis is seeking Peer Support Specialists that are interested in a full-time contract in Greensboro, NC , additional information below:

Details :

• Starting ASAP
• Pay: $19 - $20 / hr
• Weekly pay, every Friday
• Provides peer support and case management services for adults with significant mental health and/or substance use challenges

Requirements :

• Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Recovery Experience : Documented history of mental health challenges with at least 2 years of documented recovery.
• Certification : Peer Support Specialist Certification is required.
• Preferred Experience :
• Experience as a Peer Specialist, Advocate, or member of an interdisciplinary treatment team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
