While your core domain lies in driving business performance and strategic finance, you will also have the high-impact opportunity to take part in acquisition evaluations, corporate due diligence, and post-M&A tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Business Performance - Architect sophisticated financial models and deliver high-impact insights that directly steer the growth, profitability, and long-term strategy of the Global Technologies division.
- As a trusted partner with the Head of Finance & M&A and divisional leadership, provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial and operational performance across the Global Technologies division, identifying key trends, risks, opportunities, and value creation initiatives
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support planning and decision-making
- Support the annual budget, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Monitor key performance indicators and communicate performance drivers through concise, actionable analysis
- Evaluate business performance and provide recommendations to improve growth, profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and management priorities
Executive Support & Business Storytelling - Serve as the primary financial storyteller for leadership, independently transforming complex data into high-stakes executive presentations and strategic narratives that directly influence the division's direction.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and decision-support materials for divisional leadership
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews by identifying key messages, performance drivers, and emerging trends
- Develop financial narratives that help leadership understand business performance and strategic implications
- Independently structure analyses and presentations with limited direction, ensuring high-quality and professional deliverables
Strategic Projects & M&A - Fuel the company's growth engine by analyzing high-stakes M&A opportunities, driving due diligence, and tracking post-acquisition performance to maximize long-term value creation.
- Support evaluation of acquisition opportunities through financial, operational, and strategic analysis
- Assist with valuation, due diligence, and transaction-related activities as opportunities arise
- Support post-acquisition integration initiatives and performance tracking against investment objectives
- Contribute to strategic projects, market assessments, investment evaluations, and other value creation initiatives across the division
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Embed yourself as a key strategic partner across divisional operating teams, building the deep stakeholder relationships and cutting-edge analytical tools needed to revolutionize our reporting processes and drive smarter business decisions.
- Partner with finance leaders and operating company management teams across the division
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business drivers and support informed decision-making
- Promote continuous improvement of financial analyses, reporting processes, and decision-support tools
Experience and Qualifications
