Senior Financial Analyst

Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or related field is a plus, supporting strong numerical and analytical capabilities Strong experience working in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll module Experience using Oracle Fusion tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HSDL, or Element treatments preferred Advanced proficiency in payroll reporting, data analysis, and reconciliations Ability to analyze large datasets and identify root causes of payroll discrepancies Experience supporting payroll system upgrades, or enhancements preferred Comfortable collaborating with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, and testing activities Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process orientation Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Experience with payroll systems and knowledge of payroll processes, garnishments, and benefits administration Strong skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation), Word, Outlook Strong research, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
