Customer Service Representative
Location :  Concord, CA
Pay Range : $25-27 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Benefits: 401(k), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays
Full-Time,  Onsite

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established, service-focused organization known for reliability and strong customer relationships. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming voice and face of the company, helping customers get the support they need while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact, handling incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
• Welcome visitors and vendors, ensuring a positive front-office experience
• Coordinate service appointments, installations, and repair visits efficiently
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide updates and resolve inquiries
• Proactively follow up before and after service visits to ensure satisfaction
• Navigate customer concerns with a calm, problem-solving mindset
• Accurately input and maintain customer data within internal systems
• Partner closely with field teams and leadership to keep daily operations on track
• Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and accuracy
• Support general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a front desk role
• Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying detail-oriented
• Comfort handling a high volume of calls without sacrificing quality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• A dependable, team-first attitude with excellent time management skills
• Ability to stay composed and solutions-focused in a busy environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Previous exposure to service-based or trade industries is helpful but not required
