Account Manager II

To support a biopharmaceutical client, the contract Account Manager II will manage day-to-day relationships between the client's ad agency and brand teams, providing strategic direction and counsel while maintaining compliance with corporate guidelines, preferably in a hybrid role in Mettawa, IL. Key responsibilities Maintain knowledge of client guidelines and manage the creative workflow process Collaborate with brand teams to develop creative briefs and recommend promotional tactics Ensure timely communication and adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred 4-6+ years of total account management experience Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred, both U.S. and Global In-house ad agency or ad agency experience is a plus High energy, organized, and able to manage high-volume projects in a fast-paced environment
