What You'll Do Assembly Brazing Crating & Packaging Expanding Hairpin Production Header Fabrication Testing Press Operations Additional manufacturing areas as needed Every product that leaves our facility reflects the skill, dedication, and craftsmanship of our production team. You'll help ensure every component meets the highest standards for quality, safety, and performance. Your Impact Produce high-quality work while meeting production goals and efficiency standards. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and technical documents. Operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely and effectively. Follow quality standards and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a strong safety-first mindset and immediately communicate concerns or opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with team members and leadership to support daily production objectives. Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and develop new manufacturing skills. Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to contribute every day. What Makes You Successful Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture. Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools, production equipment, or machinery. Strong communication skills and the confidence to raise safety or quality concerns. Reliable attendance and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
