Manage full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates. Coordinate job postings, screening applicants, support hiring managers, and prepare and optimize employment advertisements. Conduct interviews and advise hiring managers on selection practices. Ensure employment offers and documentation are completed accurately and promptly. Build relationships with local organizations, represent CATA at recruitment events, develop employer branding materials. Improve onboarding program to deliver consistent and engaging experience for new hires. Develop and manage mentorship, internship, and apprenticeship programs. Conduct stay and exit interviews and analyze turnover trends. Help implement programs that foster employee recognition, development, and satisfaction. Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws is important, along with knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices and applicant tracking systems.
