Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across the gynecologic oncology spectrum. Assess and monitor complex patients, administer medications and chemotherapy. Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment processes, symptom management, and self-care. Support symptom and pain management strategies. Maintain accurate documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Participate in quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes. Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills, including chemotherapy. Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
