Responsibilities Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence. Experience None required, but preferred. License/Certification Nevada State Licensure as Registered Physical Therapist. May work as a Graduate of Physical Therapy with recognition of the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners with onsite direct supervision. (Must be in the process of licensure and practicing under a student license) Current BLS certification is required. Other Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
