Claims Support Specialist

Working in a hybrid environment, the Claims Support Specialist II will handle inbound and outbound phone support, assisting customers with claims activities while ensuring a positive interaction in a fast-paced contact center setting. Key responsibilities Manage direct customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls Support claims activities to assist the business and customers effectively Perform additional functions as assigned by management Required qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 1 year of general office or related experience Experience in a contact center or customer service environment is preferred Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume phone support environment General knowledge of department procedures and operations
