Overview

As a  Client Service Manager , you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction. You’ll oversee renewals, handle customer service and marketing to carriers, and independently manage your book of business. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong time management skills, and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover client needs.

• Client Relationships:  Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and day-to-day representatives.
• Renewals:  Take a leadership role in the renewal process to deliver timely and high-quality solutions.
• Account Management:  Independently manage accounts, seek better pricing and solutions, and handle various tasks.
• Cross-Selling:  Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and lines of coverage.
• Team Collaboration:  Mentor and support team members while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Compliance:  Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
• Technology:  Utilize Gallagher’s systems to maintain accurate client and policy data and improve productivity.

About You

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, OR
• High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Licensing: Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applied Epic systems.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
