A Day in the Life As our Client Services Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll lead and inspire a service team to deliver exceptional client service. You’ll help team members find creative and efficient solutions, coach producers and account executives on developing and maintaining productive working relationships with service team members, and drive consistent execution of our client service platform. You’ll also play a key role in setting team goals, supporting projects to improve operations, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Compensation The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
