About the Role: The Sr. Manager, Franchisee Recruitment owns Subway's U.S. pipeline of new and multi-unit franchisee candidates, from sourcing and screening through approval and signed franchise agreement. This role is critical now as Subway pushes for U.S. net restaurant growth and stronger-capitalized operators, requiring a leader who can build a disciplined recruitment funnel and get qualified franchisees to the table faster. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Own and manage the U.S. franchisee recruitment funnel- sourcing, screening, and qualifying prospective single-and multi-unit franchisee candidates against Subway'sfinancial and operational standards. Execute marketingand lead-generation activity for the entire U.S. (digital leadgen, referral programs, Biz Buy Sell etc. Lead and develop the recruitment team, setting weeklypipeline targets and holding the team accountable toconversion rates from lead to signed franchise agreement Partner with Real Estate/Leasing, Market Planning andleadership to match qualified candidates to open approvedsites and prioritize recruitment effort by market/territorygrowth targets. Manage recruitment marketing and lead-generationchannels (broker networks, franchise expos, digital leadgen, referral programs) and own the franchisee approvalprocess end-to-end - financial/background review,interviews, and disclosure compliance. Report recruitment pipeline, conversion, and net-new franchisee metrics to Development leadership, andprovide fact-based input to AOP growth targets by territory. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent job-related experience, required. 7+ years of experience inFranchise recruitment, franchise sales, or related business development, including managing a candidate pipeline from sourcing through close. 3+ years managing a team Proven ability to build and manage a franchisee/candidate recruitment pipeline from sourcing through close. Strong leadership and team management skills, including direct supervision and performance accountability. Working knowledge of FDD and state franchise registration/disclosure requirements. Strong financial acumen to evaluate franchisee candidate qualifications (net worth, liquidity, business experience). Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to sell Subway's opportunity to qualified candidates. Proficiency with CRM/pipeline management tools and Microsoft Excel What do we Offer?
