We are located in the heart of Albuquerque on the 3rd floor of Gibson Medical Center. We are offering a $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Full Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Night Shifts. Shift Differentials are paid for Nights and Weekend Shifts. *$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus or Tuition Reimbursement is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2‑year minimum commitment. The LPN will provide direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meet the communication needs of patients and family; provide care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Communicate with physicians and team members about changes in patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, be able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
