Position Title: Grill Cook
Location: Fuddruckers Restaurant
Reports To: Kitchen Manager / General Manager

Position Summary

Fuddruckers is seeking an energetic and dependable Grill Cook to prepare high-quality burgers and menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation, maintains high cleanliness standards, and works well as part of a team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook burgers, chicken, and other grill items according to Fuddruckers recipes and food safety standards
• Operate grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout shifts
• Monitor food temperatures and follow all health and safety guidelines
• Stock and rotate food supplies using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods
• Assist with kitchen prep work and closing duties as assigned
• Communicate effectively with team members and management during busy service periods
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Previous grill cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
