Warehouse Manager

Overnight Warehouse ManagerJimmy's Gourmet Bakery is a fast-growing food manufacturing company committed to quality, efficiency, and teamwork. We're looking for an overnight Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement across logistics, inventory, and distribution. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation. This role will develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, ensure product quality, and maintain accurate inventory while fostering a strong team environment.Develop and implement inbound/outbound material flow strategiesOversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and logisticsMaintain high inventory accuracy and establish min/max stock levelsCreate and implement SOPs and GMPsEnsure quality standards for all incoming and outgoing goodsManage supplier scheduling and inbound deliveriesMonitor and improve warehouse processes, cost efficiency, and productivityHandle inventory tracking, lot traceability, and allergen control systemsSupervise loading dock schedules and shipping accuracyAddress product discrepancies, vendor issues, and customer concernsBuild and maintain a collaborative, high-performing team environmentRequirementsExperience managing warehouse operations (pick/pack, shipping/receiving)Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and logisticsAbility to develop SOPs and GMP documentationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required)Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience in food manufacturingWork EnvironmentManufacturing/warehouse setting with exposure to machinery and varying temperaturesModerate to high noise levelsFacility may handle allergens such as peanuts and tree nutsOur Commitment to YouAt Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery, we believe our team's success starts with feeling valued and supported.
