Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license (MA SLP)
• Valid Massachusetts DESE Educator license
• CCC-SLP, CFY, or prior school-based SLP experience preferred
• Familiarity with elementary school caseloads and IEP implementation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Commitment to nurturing student growth and advocating for their needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students, both individually and in small groups
• Conduct assessments, draft evaluation reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design and monitor IEP goals
• Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records in accordance with district and state regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices
