Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Massachusetts SLP license
• Valid MA DESE Educator license
• Eligible for or holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Previous experience with elementary-aged students is highly desired
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for speech and language disorders in an elementary school setting
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and regularly monitor student progress
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support students’ communication needs
• Document services and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ speech and language needs within the school community
