Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager needs are available day or night. Hours of operations are 9:30am to 2am in most cases. Willing to work about 45-50 hours a week and holidays. You will need to be a good leader and eager to learn. Must have good math skill and service skills. A strong desire to be the best, with a sense of urgency to get things done in a timely manner. Math skills, delivery, inventory, interviewing, prepping, handling the rush, challenging others, cost controls, and people management.
