Key Responsibilities\n In this role, you will engage in a variety of essential duties directly tied to the mental health needs of your clients. Your responsibilities include: \n \n Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups. \n Triage patients according to evaluated needs and collaborate on interdisciplinary care plans during team meetings. \n Documenting assessments, treatments, and client interactions thoroughly and ethically as per departmental standards. \n Providing tailored therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to create individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals. \n Managing case consultations and collaborating with external healthcare and community professionals to enhance care quality. \n Ensuring timely completion of all documentation to support both compliance and client progress. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing varying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.
