Strategic HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Partner
Mewbourne Oil Co
Mewbourne Oil Company is seeking a Human Resource Representative to support daily HR/administrative operations. You will assist with interviewing, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave administration while enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities include coordinating background checks, ensuring compliance with employment laws, handling employee inquiries, and supporting training and development. Occasional travel to branch offices is required, and discretion is essential.
