Analytics Lead

Salary: $108,000 - 148,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 7–10+ years of progressive experience in research, analytics, and measurement, with a strong track record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives.
• We value extensive experience in marketing, media, or agency environments, with the ability to use analytics and research to influence client strategy and business outcomes.
• We require a bachelors or masters degree in a relevant discipline such as Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• We need advanced expertise in primary and secondary research methods, including brand tracking, brand and communications strategy, brand lift studies, regression analysis, marketing mix modeling, social listening, and digital/site analytics.
• We expect strong technical fluency with Python and SQL, along with experience using Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Snowflake, and BI tools such as Sigma or similar platforms.
• We look for the ability to build and improve analytics workflows, data pipelines, and reporting systems that support automation, scalability, and self-serve insights.
• We seek excellent executive-level communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to turn complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• We want proven experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior client stakeholders through data-driven, strategically grounded guidance.

• We serve as a senior analytics partner to account, strategy, and executive stakeholders, turning business goals into scalable measurement frameworks that support social-first and commerce-driven growth.
• We act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, shaping marketing, retail, and digital investment decisions with clear insights tied to revenue impact.
• We own end-to-end measurement strategy across paid media, influencer, social, and retail media, ensuring spend is directly connected to commercial outcomes.
• We forecast and quantify incremental revenue and retail lift across eCommerce and brick-and-mortar partners by building predictive models that link media investment, influencer engagement, and social performance to sales and conversion.
• We design and implement advanced ROI frameworks, including brand lift, sales lift, incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and marketing mix modeling to optimize channel mix, budget allocation, and long-term growth.
• We build scalable systems to assess influencer effectiveness, content performance, audience growth, and conversion impact, and translate findings into creative and platform optimization strategies.
• We identify emerging consumer behavior and digital engagement trends to inform brand strategy, innovation pipelines, and go-to-market planning.
• We lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing analytics team while fostering analytical rigor, commercial insight, and executive-level storytelling.
• We oversee the development of scalable data infrastructure, including structured databases, automated reporting workflows, dashboards, and standardized executive reporting.
