Production Associate / Warehouse AssociateLocation: McElhattan, PAPay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourSchedule: Monday - Friday | Full-TimeJoin Our Team!We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our warehouse and production operations in McElhattan, PA. This position offers opportunities to work in various warehouse departments and gain experience in distribution, manufacturing, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Associate, you may be assigned to one of several warehouse departments. General duties may include:Using RF scanners to pull and process customer ordersPacking, labeling, and boxing products for shipmentOperating bagging machines and other production equipmentMoving materials using pallet jacksLoading, unloading, lifting, and palletizing productsCompleting customer-specific orders accurately and efficientlyMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentWorking collaboratively in a team-oriented settingAvailable DepartmentsManufacturing PackerWork between conveyor systems and inventory shelvingRead and follow work ordersLocate products from shelves and scan items using an RF scannerPlace products into designated totesApply customer labels and prepare orders for boxing and palletizingEnsure inventory accuracy and order qualityCustomer PackerHandle customer orders from start to finishPull, count, inspect, pack, and label productsPrepare completed orders for shippingMaintain a high level of attention to detailUtilize computer systems to process ordersEnsure orders are completed accurately the first timePickerPull products using RF scannersAccurately fulfill customer ordersOrganize and prepare products for shipmentMaterial AttendantSupply production areas with materials and inventoryTransport materials throughout the warehouseSupport production and shipping teamsIndustrial Truck OperatorMove products and materials throughout the facilityOperate material handling equipment safelyLoad and unload inventory as neededQualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyComfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentAbility to stand, bend, and move throughout the shiftStrong attendance and reliabilityTeam-oriented attitudeNo advanced math skills requiredComputer skills required for Customer Packer positionsPrevious warehouse, production, or distribution experience is helpful but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $16.00 - $20.00/hourMonday through Friday scheduleOpportunity to work in multiple departmentsStable, full-time employmentTeam-focused work environmentOn-the-job training
