This role is a walk up tech solution. Working with the two others to provide the best IT experience
• What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Customer Service and the ability to learn.
• What will the work schedule be for this position? The hours are strict and precise, they are Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Stagered lunches to ensure coverage. They need to be ready and logged in at 8 AM, not 8:01 AM. As well as work until 5 PM, not 4:55 PM.
How many overall years of experience should this person have? 2+
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? CompTIA A+ would be nice
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $25 -$26
