Palliative Care & Bereavement Coordinator
University Hospital
University Hospital is seeking a Palliative Care Coordinator to provide bereavement services, palliative care, and spiritual support for patients and their families. This role requires strong collaboration with medical and nursing staff to facilitate comprehensive support and education on end-of-life issues. The ideal candidate must hold a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Nursing and have at least two years of relevant experience.
