Nonprofit Marketing Intern — Create Impact in KC

We are looking for someone who is highly self‑motivated, has a strong sense of urgency, takes the initiative, is solution driven and has the ability to make things happen. Responsibilities Develop HALO collateral, brochures, sales materials and PowerPoint presentations. Communicate and manage volunteers on specific projects. Assist in brand development, website updates (WordPress) and e‑marketing. Create social media posts, video production and content for various platforms. Participate in event planning and support strategic planning initiatives. Work closely with the HALO COO and Senior Operations Manager to support all marketing efforts for the headquarters and branches. Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team atmosphere, highly motivated, enjoy brainstorming and take the initiative on projects. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of WordPress and Canva is a plus; training provided on all other programs.
