Window Cleaning TechnicianFish Window Cleaning dba (Pine Tar Industries, LLC) is hiring dependable and motivated Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. We provide professional commercial and residential window cleaning (no high-rise buildings), pressure washing, and soft washing. No experience required. Paid training. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent work, performance-based earning opportunities, a Monday through Friday schedule, and room for growth. We work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until complete.Compensation & Benefits:Base pay is starting at $17.75/hour plus bonus & commissionPaid trainingMedical insurance (for full time employees)Responsibilities:Perform commercial cleaning and exterior cleaning services with some residentialOperate pressure washing and exterior cleaning equipment safelyComplete assigned work efficiently and professionallyMaintain equipment tools, and vehicles in clean working conditionFollow company safety procedures and job-site expectationsCommunicate professionally with customers and team membersIdentify and communicate potential sales opportunities while on-siteRequirements:Valid California driver's licenseClean driving record and ability to meet company vehicle's insurance requirementsReliable personable vehicleCurrent automobile insurance meeting California minimum requirementsReliable transportation to and from workAbility to lift 50+ poundsAbility to work outdoors in varying San Diego weather conditionsStrong attendance and punctualityProfessional attitude and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience: No experience required.
