Senior Product Manager, YouTube Creator Earnings

Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for Top Creators' payments, including high complexity projects with bespoke terms and new technologies.Serve as the central point of contact for all Top Creator payment initiatives, including tentpole events and brand deals.Drive the product vision for the agency ecosystem including talent agencies and multi-channel networks.Write detailed strategic documents for revenue sharing, manage launch reviews and coordinate with GTM teams on creator communications.Design AI solutions to enhance earning system to a proactive financial intelligence platform.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).3 years of experience building and scaling products across payments, fintech, or adtech ecosystems.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in a technology or business related field.5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.Experience with payment/financial/advertising systems.Experience in deal process with partners or top creators.Experience with back-end systems.At Google, we put our users first.
